4. Capital at Risk

5. Algorithmic System Risk

Our algorithmic trading systems, while rigorously developed and tested, are not infallible. System failures, connectivity issues, exchange outages, or unexpected market conditions ("black swan" events) can result in losses beyond normal expectations.

6. Liquidity Risk

Withdrawals are subject to a 90-day lock-up period and a 2–4 week processing window. During this time your capital is deployed and subject to market movements. You may not be able to exit positions immediately.

7. Regulatory Status

F2F Capital Investments is a private investment management service. We are not a licensed financial advisor, registered broker, or regulated fund manager under any financial regulator. 8. Suitability
